Amazon Lily

Subtropical leafy plant native to South America. Long broad glossy dark green leaves which arch like a fountain.

Long stems topped with clusters of large narcissus-like white and pale green flowers, with a sweet scent, appear intermittently through the year.

Water only when soil begins to dry, gently push your finger into the soil to test for moisture.

Apply a slow release fertiliser during spring and a liquid based fertiliser every 2-4 weeks during the warmer months, take care to dilute your solution to half the recommended dose to avoid burn.
